By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern the sale of all goods by Just Right Tech Shop.

1. Delivery Options

At Just Right Tech Shop, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for every order. Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, they may be liable for any resulting losses or damages. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value in such cases.

  • Goods become the customer’s responsibility once delivered.

  • Customers must inspect orders upon delivery and report any visible defects within 3 days. If no complaint is made within this period, the goods will be considered delivered in good condition.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full, without deductions or counterclaims, on or before the due date.

  • Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.

  • All applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will appear in the final invoice.

  • Prices and services may change without prior notice.

  • Just Right Tech Shop is not liable for pricing changes, temporary unavailability, or service modifications.

3. Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a return is necessary:

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase, with items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Report defective products due to manufacturing issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returns must include original receipts, manuals, accessories, and packaging.

  • Returns made after 48 hours but within 5 days may qualify for a credit note, subject to inspection.

  • Improperly packaged returns may incur a 15% handling fee.

  • No returns are accepted for opened sealed goods unless covered under manufacturer warranty.

  • Special orders, clearance items, and certain hardware components may not be eligible for return.

  • If you’re outside Nairobi, contact us within the return period and we’ll assist with the return process.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Unless stated otherwise, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Just Right Tech Shop does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with specific systems—please confirm before purchasing.

  • Tampering with products, missing serial numbers, or any unauthorized markings will void the warranty.

  • For faster processing, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s service centers, most of which are located in Nairobi CBD.

5. Customer Agreement

By placing an order on our website or through any sales channel, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

No staff member or representative of Just Right Tech Shop is authorized to alter these terms unless formally confirmed in writing by management.

6. VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • In compliance with Kenyan tax laws, VAT is charged at 16%.

  • All product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
